Community Involvement

Marden’s is a family-owned business that values community

Our roots are in Maine and we participate in community events and charitable giving as both a company and individuals throughout the state. Highlights of some Marden’s community partnerships include:

Make A Wish Maine

Marden’s has been a gold sponsor for Make-A-Wish Maine‘s annual Share the Power of a Wish Telethon. The event raises over $100,000 annually to grant wishes to Maine children battling a critical illness. We’re happy to partner with such efforts, within our home state, where the direct and powerful impact is evident. 💙

Muscular Dystrophy Association

Our dedicated employees and generous customers raise thousands of dollars every year to benefit the MDA of Northern New England‘s summer camp for children with muscular diseases. The Marden family is proud to donate an additional $10,000.

Maine Children's Home

Marden’s has raised $786,400+ through the Red Stocking Program fundraiser over the past 20 years! The support makes it possible for MCH to provide essential items to more than 1,100 financially disadvantaged, Maine children each year through the Christmas / Winter Essentials Program. 🎁
